Friday 8 August 2003 - Cleveland, Ohio, USA

Comments: I have no idea where this date and location came from now. It was not part of the eventual tour with The Misfits etc and there is no evidence of a tentative date that did not proceed. It is possible that The Damned did a 'one-off' during the tour with The Misfits etc, but it is believed to simply be erroneous.

Comments: Gig known to have taken place. The Dickies certainly played, and The Damned are presumed to have played as intended.

Comments: Also on the bill... DI, Balzac, Agnostic Front, The Dickies & The Misfits [Headliners]. Apparently, Stan Lee of The Dickies took over from Captain Sensible during 'Smash It Up' as he 'sprinted' around the stage.

Comments: Gig known to have taken place. The Dickies certainly played, and The Damned are presumed to have played as intended.

Friday 1 August 2003 - Ogden Theatre, Denver, Colorado, USA

Comments: Gig known to have taken place. The Dickies certainly played, and The Damned are presumed to have played as intended.

Thursday 31 July 2003 - Club DV8, Salt Lake City, Utah, USA

Wednesday 30 July 2003 - The Big Easy, Boise, Idaho, USA

Set: unknown.

Comments: Gig known to have taken place. During January 2013, Monty stated that since joining the bad in 1996 there was one gig he couldn't play and that it was on the Fiendfest tour. Apparently the equipment van broke down on route, the band having already arrived by flying into Boise. He said that somehow the others were able to borrow instruments from the other bands, but as he was the only keyboard player there were no keyboards that night.

Tuesday 29 July 2003 - Crystal Ballroom, Portland, Oregon, USA

Comments: Also on the bill... 3 [unknown] local bands, plus DI, Balzac, The Dickies - The Misfits headlined. Some lyrics from '13th Floor Vendetta' seem to have been used to close out 'Amen' (unless the recording that this set was taken from was missing the end of 'Amen' and most of '13th Floor Vendetta' and has been cleverly stitched together?). 'She' was closed out with the lyrics to Johnny Cash's 'Ring Of Fire'.

Friday 25 July 2003 - Avalon Ballroom, San Francisco, California, USA

Comments: Note that the information given above is the setlist and that the actual set played may have varied. Paul Gray joined the band on stage. In his own words (from his personal website) "I figured 6 years was long enough to let the dust settle so ventured up to the Muni in Pontypridd last night for The Damned. And I'm glad I did too. Within minutes of seeing Captain we were lounging within the depths of the tour bus, quaffing beer and swapping stories about Barrie Masters and Lemmy...anyway, I ended up onstage for the last 2 songs, Curtain Call and Neat Neat Neat. Old habits die hard however, and barely a minute into the set I'd skidded across the stage and hit the decks, only to be joined by the grinning face of Mr Sensible. Then the bloody bass amp went tits up...Mr V must have been thanking the day Patricia joined the band...anyway, a good old time was had by all, everyone was very friendly, the punters gave me a good old cheer and it was certainly the most relaxed atmosphere I can remember around the band. Great crowd too. Its a strange feeling to suddenly play songs in front of a packed audience you haven't played since 1997! And a big up to Mr & Mrs Vanian for not being precious and letting me jump up. Now, who was it who said 'never again?'".
